Ingredients:
- 3 large oranges, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut to garnish
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients, except for the coconut, until combined.
- Pour mixture into a container and top with coconut.
- Place in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours or until frozen.
